Nollaig na mBan Women’s Leadership Celebration - Boston
More than 250 of our supporters and friends came together on January 5th to celebrate the Nollaig na mBan Women’s Leadership Celebration at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
This year, and every year, the Partnership celebrates Women’s Christmas by honoring Irish and Irish American female leaders and the incredible impact they have worldwide. Joining us in this celebration was Joseph P. Kennedy III, Special Envoy to Northern Ireland, who made opening remarks recognizing the wonderful women leaders in the room.
Congratulations to our incredible 2024 honoree, Executive Producer, Playwright, and Award-winning Actor Geraldine Hughes. The rapt crowd listened as our creative vanguard of women’s leadership described her youth in Belfast at the height of the Troubles, and her journey to Hollywood. Interviewer CNN Correspondent and Partnership Ambassador Donie O’Sullivan skillfully weaved in pertinent questions while creating fun and heartwarming moments.
The event closed with a raffle in partnership with our official travel partner, Aer Lingus. Our deepest thanks to all attendees and supporters who helped make this Nollaig na mBan so memorable.
